GQT General Guidelines

Class Schedule

  • Classes are held from Monday to Saturday.

Admission Office Hours

  • Admissions are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Class Timings

  • Classes run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Each student is expected to be engaged for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 7 hours per day.

Confirmation of Necessary Documents

  • For  Fee- Paying students
    • Xerox copy of Aadhar card
    • Xerox copy of College ID card
    • One passport-size photograph
  •  For  CSR students
    • Offer letter issued by GQT must be stamped/sealed by any of the following Placement Officer / Principal / Head of the Department (HOD) / Any other concerned authority
    • Xerox copy of Aadhar card
    • Xerox copy of College ID card
    • One passport-size photograph
    • Xerox Copies of 10th, 12th, and Degree certificates (as available)
  •  For  Internship students
    • Xerox copy of Aadhar card
    • Xerox copy of College ID card
    • One passport-size photograph

Vehicle Parking: Responsibly park vehicles, avoiding non parking areas.

 Students are expected to

  •  Handle the institution’s property with care.
  •  Respect the building, equipment, and other resources.

Punctuality

  • All students and staff are expected to maintain punctuality. Arriving on time reflects discipline and commitment.

Dress Code

  • Neat, formal, or institution-appropriate attire is mandatory. Avoid wearing casual or distracting clothing during class hours.

Property Damage

  • Any intentional or accidental damage to institutional property must be reported and compensated as per the policy.

Environmental Responsibility

  •  Conserve energy, avoid plastic use, and dispose of waste in designated bins. Help maintain an eco-friendly environment.
