Who should fill in the enquiry form?
The form is meant for Training & Placement Officers, Principals, Directors, or anyone officially authorised to represent the institution. It is not a student registration form.
Which types of institutions can register?
UG colleges, PG colleges, engineering colleges, autonomous institutions, universities, and both private and government institutions. Placement support is not restricted by institution type.
Which streams and departments are covered?
UG streams including BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc and BA. PG streams including MCA, MBA, M.Sc and M.Com. Engineering branches including CSE, ISE, AI & ML, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil and others.
Why is my Gmail or Yahoo address being rejected?
To keep enquiries verified, the form accepts institutional and official domains only, such as .edu, .edu.in, .ac.in, .org, or your college's own domain. If your institution does not have an official domain yet, call the placement desk on +91 94484 03469 instead.
Can we register from outside Karnataka?
Yes. The form captures district, state and country, and enquiries from institutions across India are welcome.
What happens after we submit the form?
Your enquiry is recorded and sent to the GQT placement team. They will reach out to understand your student count, streams and timelines, and then work with you on a drive plan covering campus recruitment, internships and industry engagement programs.
