• Admission to the course is confirmed only upon successful payment of the prescribed fee.

• GQT does not provide or support any EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility.
• Students are required to make the complete payment in a single transaction.

• The course fee is fixed and non-negotiable.
• No discounts, concessions, promotional reductions, or special pricing will be provided under any circumstances unless officially announced by the management in writing.

• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Once the payment is made, no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.

• The course fee is non-transferable to another student, course, batch, or training program unless approved by the management under exceptional circumstances.

• GQT reserves the right to allocate students to available batches based on scheduling and operational requirements.
• Batch changes are subject to availability and management approval.

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
• Missing classes will not entitle the student to any fee adjustment, refund, or compensation.

• GQT provides placement assistance as part of eligible programs.
• Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
• Final selection depends on the student's performance, technical skills, communication abilities, attendance, interview performance, and employer requirements.

• Students are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the training.
• Any misconduct, indiscipline, harassment, misuse of institute property, or violation of institute policies may result in suspension or termination without any refund.

• GQT reserves the right to modify the course curriculum, faculty, training schedule, learning resources, or batch timings whenever necessary to maintain quality standards.

• All study materials, LMS access, assignments, projects, and assessments are intended solely for the enrolled student.
• Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By paying the course fee and completing the enrollment process, the student confirms that they have:
